1. Payment Options
- Pay on Delivery (POD): Cash, M-Pesa, or Card upon delivery of kitchen equipment or appliances.
- Advance Payment: Full online payment via M-Pesa, Card, or Bank Transfer before dispatch.
2. Payment Terms
- Custom or high-value commercial kitchen projects require a 50% deposit in advance.
- Pay on Delivery orders must be settled upon delivery confirmation.
- Products will not be released without the required payment.
3. Product-Specific Payment Terms
- Custom-built stainless-steel kitchen installations require full payment before production.
- Standard items can be paid on delivery or in advance.
- Orders scheduled for evening delivery (after 6:00 PM) must be fully paid before dispatch.
4. Payment Window & Delays
- Payment should be completed within 15 minutes after delivery arrival.
- Unpaid or delayed orders may be canceled, and items returned.
- Re-delivery requires an additional fee and full advance payment.
5. Fees
- Delivery Fee: Based on distance and order size.
- Service Fee: Covers fabrication, packaging, and administrative costs.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via M-Pesa or Bank Transfer.
- Customized or fabricated items are non-refundable unless defective.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
- For payment or delivery issues, contact us at info@cookpoint.co.ke.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to order restrictions.
8. Force Majeure
CookPoint Appliances is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or logistical disruptions).
