Delivery Policy: Delivery is charged at a standard flat rate of KES 1,000 for orders within Nairobi. Orders outside Nairobi are shipped via third-party courier services, with delivery costs paid by the customer. Estimated delivery timelines are 0–3 business days.

1. Delivery Coverage & Address

  • CookPoint Appliances delivers orders across Nairobi and other major towns in Kenya.
  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including landmarks and a reachable phone number.
  • Delivery scheduling is confirmed via call or SMS after order confirmation.

2. Delivery Fees & Timelines

  • Delivery is charged at a standard flat rate of KES 1,000 within Nairobi.
  • Orders delivered outside Nairobi use third-party courier services; delivery costs are paid by the customer and communicated before dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery timelines range between 0–3 business days depending on the delivery location.
  • For very large or specialized commercial kitchen equipment, delivery arrangements may be coordinated directly with the customer.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Process

  • Orders are dispatched from our workshop or warehouse using CookPoint-approved logistics partners.
  • Customers are notified once their order is dispatched.
  • All deliveries are tracked until completion.

4. Handling Delays

  • In rare cases of delays due to traffic, weather, or logistics constraints, customers are informed promptly.
  • Alternative delivery arrangements or rescheduling may be provided where necessary.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays.
